Abstract
Although human life is primarily oriented toward living, death is also a natural part of the life cycle. Losing a loved and valued person during periods of stability disrupts an individual’s sense of permanence and also affects working life. The support of both the social environment and the workplace play a crucial role in navigating this process in a healthy way. This study aims to explore organizational policies and support mechanisms for employees experiencing bereavement. Furthermore, it seeks to identify current policies, procedures, and practices, thereby contributing to the dissemination of supportive measures for grieving employees and the enhancement of employee well-being. Designed within a qualitative and phenomenological framework, the study employed semi-structured interviews with human resources managers. The data obtained was subjected to content analysis and organized into 37 codes under 5 themes. Participants highlighted problems related to the duration and implementation of bereavement leave and emphasized efforts to convey the message of “we are here for you” through continuous communication with grieving employees. Extending leave, reducing workload, and providing financial support (both in-kind and monetary) were identified as key support mechanisms. In addition, the need for legal regulations regarding leave, the misinterpretation of institutionalization, and the necessity of bereavement-specific training were underlined. As a result of the study, a conceptual model incorporating all the themes was developed.

Abstract
This study examines the intellectual structure and thematic evolution of the green innovation literature through bibliometric methods, with a particular focus on knowledge production dynamics. Drawing on publications retrieved from the Web of Science database, an integrated set of analyses was employed, including thematic mapping, multiple correspondence analysis, thematic evolution analysis, keyword co-occurrence networks, as well as co-authorship, co-citation, and bibliographic coupling analyses. Taken together, the findings suggest that green innovation research has expanded not only in quantitative terms but also in conceptual scope, evolving into a thematically dynamic and globally asymmetric field. The literature appears to have shifted from early environmentally oriented perspectives toward a more outcome-driven framework that increasingly integrates technology, firm performance, and sustainable value creation. One notable observation is that the field is shaped by both highly influential foundational studies and network-based collective knowledge production processes. From a methodological perspective, the results indicate that the combined use of multiple bibliometric techniques is effective in capturing both the structural configuration and the dynamic development of the research field. While the analysis provides a comprehensive overview of the literature, it does not aim to exhaust all possible conceptual dimensions of green innovation research. Overall, the findings are expected to inform future theoretical and empirical studies and to contribute to a more holistic understanding of green innovation research.

Abstract
This study empirically examines the relationships between interest rates, inflation, and exchange rates in Türkiye during the period from January 2005 to June 2025. The study uses the monthly increase rate of the consumer price index (CPI) as an indicator of inflation, the policy interest rate as an indicator of interest rates, and the US dollar as the exchange rate variable. The Hacker–Hatemi J symmetric and Hatemi J asymmetric causality tests were used in the analyses. The symmetric causality findings obtained within the framework of the three-variable VAR system reveal the existence of a mutual and strong causality between the exchange rate and the interest rate, a strong causality from the exchange rate to inflation, and a relatively weaker causality from inflation to the interest rate. The asymmetric causality analysis results show that the relationship is non-linear and varies depending on the direction of the shocks. In particular, it was determined that negative shocks in the interest rate increase inflation, while negative shocks in inflation raise the interest rate. Furthermore, asymmetric generalized impulse response (AGIRF) analyses show that exchange rate and inflation shocks, in particular, have direction-dependent and persistent effects on interest rate dynamics. The findings reveal the non-linear structure of the monetary policy transmission mechanism in the Turkish economy and indicate that policy design should be conducted within a comprehensive framework that takes these asymmetric dynamics into account.

Abstract
This study analyzes the impact of tourism revenues on green growth in Türkiye for the period 1990–2024 using the fractional frequency Fourier ARDL (FFF-ARDL) method. The findings indicate that the current tourism structure does not create a growth model that supports environmental sustainability and may negatively impact green growth in some periods. However, it is concluded that tourism, rather than being a detriment to green growth, can become an environmentally friendly development tool with appropriate policies and strategies. In particular, environmentally friendly infrastructure investments that increase energy efficiency, regulations aimed at reducing carbon emissions, and policies that encourage the efficient use of natural resources can support sustainable growth by reducing the environmental impacts of tourism. In conclusion, in tourism-based economies like Türkiye, achieving green growth requires the widespread adoption of environmentally sensitive practices in the tourism sector and the integration of green transformation policies into the sector with a holistic approach.

Abstract
Nuclear energy represents a widely accepted form of energy production in recent years, emerging as a viable alternative energy source to meet increasing energy demands in many countries worldwide, and considered environmentally sustainable. The current literature lacks studies examining the potential impacts of nuclear energy on the ecological footprint in a large sample size. Therefore, the main objective of this study is to analyze the potential impacts of nuclear energy on the ecological footprint, an indicator of environmental sustainability, in 25 countries consuming nuclear energy between 2000 and 2023. Simultaneously, the study focuses on the effects of renewable energy, economic growth, and foreign direct investment on the ecological footprint, while also questioning the validity of the environmental Kuznets curve (EKC). To this end, the method of moments quantile regression (MMQR) was used to examine the extent to which various variables have an impact among countries with different environmental sustainability ratings. The findings show that in all quantiles, nuclear energy and economic growth contribute to the ecological footprint, foreign direct investment increases the ecological footprint and creates a pollution haven, while renewable energy consumption reduces the ecological footprint, and finally, the inverted U-shaped structure of the EKC hypothesis is confirmed.

Abstract
This study examines the dynamics of inflation in 13 post-Soviet economies over the period 1992–2024 using annual consumer price index data. Linear and nonlinear econometric approaches—including ARMA, GARCH-type, and threshold autoregressive (TAR) models—are employed to capture both persistence and regime-dependent behavior in inflation processes. The results reveal significant cross-country heterogeneity. Inflation in Estonia and Lithuania exhibits rapid mean reversion under low-inflation regimes, reflecting strong institutional credibility, whereas Belarus and Tajikistan display prolonged persistence driven by fiscal imbalances. Evidence of asymmetric volatility in Armenia and Kazakhstan highlights the vulnerability of commodity-dependent economies to exchange-rate and external shocks. Overall, the findings emphasize that institutional quality and policy coherence are essential for achieving durable price stability. Strengthening central bank independence, enhancing fiscal discipline, and adopting credible inflation-targeting regimes are vital for sustaining macroeconomic stability in the post-Soviet region. The study also demonstrates the analytical value of nonlinear models in capturing the complex and asymmetric nature of inflation adjustment in transition economies.

Abstract
This research aimed to examine whether job satisfaction is related to organizational commitment and whether psychological empowerment strengthens this relationship. To achieve this purpose, a cross-sectional survey was conducted on 398 employees working in the textile sector across 20 companies in the Ikitelli and Merter industrial zones of Istanbul, Turkiye. The hypotheses were tested using regression analyses. Findings revealed significant relationships among some dimensions of job satisfaction and organizational commitment, and the moderating role of psychological empowerment in the relationships between satisfaction with communication and affective commitment, between satisfaction with coemployees and continuance commitment, and between satisfaction with benefits and normative commitment. These results suggest that empowered employees are more likely to translate their job satisfaction into stronger commitment toward their organizations.

Abstract
The aim of this study is to thoroughly examine the experiences of human resources professionals in Türkiye with artificial intelligence (AI) applications within the framework of human resources functions. The research was structured using a qualitative methodology. Participants in the study consisted of human resources professionals working in private sector organizations in Türkiye. The data were analyzed using thematic analysis. This study shows that AI applications in human resources are still in the development phase, that participants are increasingly turning to these technologies, but that human interaction is still indispensable in digital processes. The results of the study show that AI and generative AI are used in recruitment, training, performance management, operational processes, and human resources analytics. It has been revealed that AI applications are particularly concentrated in the recruitment function. According to the study, human resources professionals view AI not as a competitor but as a complementary tool that lightens their workload. This study aims to contribute to the literature and practitioners in this field by presenting experiences related to AI-powered talent hunting, video interview analysis, improving employee experience, candidate prediction, and predicting employee turnover.

Abstract
Family businesses are characterized by unique structures where knowledge management processes are shaped through intergenerational transfer, tacit knowledge, and trust-based relationships. Despite this, theoretical and contextual analyses of how knowledge is managed within such organizations remain limited. This study offers an exploratory model proposal developed from 14 papers presented at the Türkiye Family Business Congress between 2004–2024. The proposal is not a generalizable model, but rather a conceptual mapping derived through content analysis. The research is grounded in Charmaz’s (2008) constructivist grounded theory methodology. Data were analyzed through open, axial, and selective coding. The findings reveal that “knowledge application” is the most emphasized process, indicating a practical and experience-based orientation in family firms. Conversely, “knowledge creation” and “external knowledge integration” remain underdeveloped. Recent papers increasingly highlight themes such as digitalization, information security, and institutionalization. The results suggest that internal dynamics primarily drive knowledge management in family businesses, while strategic knowledge capabilities remain limited. Proposed conceptual model aligns with the knowledge-based view and contributes to a theoretical understanding of knowledge management practices specific to family businesses contexts.

Abstract
The aim of this study is to adapt the “green shared vision” scale, originally developed by Jansen et al. (2008) and later contextualized within environmental sustainability by Chen et al. (2015), into Turkish and to test its validity and reliability. The scale was administered to a sample of 211 employees working in the sustainability and R&D departments of various private sector enterprises operating in the TR63 region (Hatay, Kahramanmaraş, Osmaniye) in Türkiye. The results of the exploratory factor analysis indicate that the four-item scale possesses a unidimensional structure, explaining 74.56% of the total variance. Subsequently, confirmatory factor analysis demonstrates that the overall model fit indices fell within acceptable limits, confirming the structural integrity of the scale. The findings provide evidence that the Turkish version of the scale is a valid and reliable measurement instrument and that the study contributes to the methodological advancement of research on environmental awareness and sustainability by offering a robust and culturally adapted tool, thereby addressing an existing gap in the literature.
