\u00c7al\u0131\u015fman\u0131n amac\u0131; evrendeki d\u00fczensizli\u011fin, belirsizli\u011fin, bilgi eksikli\u011finin ve kullan\u0131lamaz hale gelmi\u015f enerjinin bir \u00f6l\u00e7\u00fcs\u00fc olarak tan\u0131mlanabilecek \u201centropi\u201d kavram\u0131n\u0131 metafor olarak kullanarak, t\u00fcm entropi kaynaklar\u0131n\u0131 daha etkin bir \u015fekilde y\u00f6netmeyi hedefleyen, yeni bir y\u00f6netim modelinin kavramsal temellerinin olu\u015fturulmas\u0131d\u0131r. \u00c7al\u0131\u015fma nitel ara\u015ft\u0131rma y\u00f6ntemleri kullan\u0131larak, \u00e7ok disiplinli ve b\u00fct\u00fcnsel bir yakla\u015f\u0131mla y\u00fcr\u00fct\u00fclm\u00fc\u015f ve entropi kavram\u0131n\u0131n; uygarl\u0131k tarihi, ekonomi, siyaset bilimi, ekoloji, kuantum fizi\u011fi, nanoteknoloji, bilgi teorisi, a\u011f bilimi, sistem kuram\u0131, i\u015fletme y\u00f6netimi, y\u00f6netim felsefesi gibi bir\u00e7ok disiplinle olan ili\u015fkisi incelenmi\u015ftir. \u00c7al\u0131\u015fmada \u00f6ncelikle \u201centropi\u201d kavram\u0131 tan\u0131mlanm\u0131\u015f ve bu kavramla ilgili; \u0131s\u0131 \u00f6l\u00fcm\u00fc, madde kaosu, bilgi entropisi, sosyal entropi, negatif entropi, entropik verimlilik, tersinirlik, do\u011fal entropi, teknolojik entropi gibi kavramlar a\u00e7\u0131klanm\u0131\u015ft\u0131r. \u0130zleyen b\u00f6l\u00fcmlerde ise g\u00fcn\u00fcm\u00fczde ya\u015fanan ekonomik, politik, ekolojik, sosyal ve y\u00f6netsel sorunlar ile entropi kavram\u0131 aras\u0131ndaki ili\u015fkiler kurularak \u00f6nemli k\u00fcresel entropi kaynaklar\u0131 incelenmi\u015ftir. \u00c7al\u0131\u015fman\u0131n son b\u00f6l\u00fcm\u00fcnde ise; kamu kurulu\u015flar\u0131, kar amac\u0131 g\u00fctmeyen organizasyonlar ve i\u015fletmelerde uygulanabilecek, \u201cToplam Entropi Y\u00f6netimi\u201d adl\u0131 yeni bir y\u00f6netim modelinin kavramsal temelleri olu\u015fturulmu\u015ftur<\/span>. <\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n

Abstract<\/strong><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n

\n

\u201cEntropy\u201d can be defined as the measure of disorder, uncertai<\/span><\/span>nty and consumed energy in a system or in the Universe. In the study, entropy concept is used as metaphor and it is aimed to construct the conceptual basis of a new management model which can be utilized to manage all entropy sources effectively. The study is conveyed with a multidisciplinary and holistic approach and by the use of qualitative research techniques. In the study, it is examined the relations of the entropy concept with different disciplines like civilization history, sociology, economy, political sciences, ecology, environmental ethics, classical physics, quantum physics, nanotechnology, genetic science, information theory, network science, system theory, business management etc. and after the evaluation of the findings, it is constructed the conceptual basis of a new management model. At the beginning of the study, entropy concept is defined in detail and related concepts like social entropy, information entropy, negative entropy, heat death, matter chaos, entropic efficiency etc. are explained. Afterwards, important global entropy sources are examined and relations of the concept with actual political, economical, ecological, social and managerial problems and concepts are explained. The main aim of the study is to construct the conceptual basis of a new management model called \u201cTotal Entropy Management\u201d which can be applied to governmental organizations, non profit organizations and business enterprises to be able to manage all entropy sources effectively<\/span><\/span>.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n
