Bu \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmada ileri s\u00fcr\u00fclen temel sav; 17. y\u00fczy\u0131ldan 20. y\u00fczy\u0131la kadar \u00e7e\u015fitli d\u00f6nemlerde d\u0131\u015f ticarette uygulanan y\u00fcksek g\u00fcmr\u00fck tarifeleri, ihracat k\u0131s\u0131tlamalar\u0131 ve tarife d\u0131\u015f\u0131 engeller gibi koruma politikalar\u0131n\u0131n, g\u00fcn\u00fcm\u00fczde hala savunuldu\u011fu ve bu politikalar\u0131n b\u00fcy\u00fck eksende tar\u0131msal \u00fcr\u00fcn ticaretinde geli\u015fmi\u015f \u00fclkeler taraf\u0131ndan uyguland\u0131\u011f\u0131d\u0131r. Bu \u00e7er\u00e7evede, \u00f6zellikle ikinci d\u00fcnya sava\u015f\u0131 sonras\u0131nda d\u00fcnya ticaretinde ya\u015fanan serbestle\u015fme s\u00fcreci ile beraber uygulama alan\u0131 bulan ve \u00e7o\u011fu zaman neo-merkantilist olarak nitelenen bu politikalar, nedenleri ve sonu\u00e7lar\u0131 a\u00e7\u0131s\u0131ndan ortaya konulmaya \u00e7al\u0131\u015f\u0131lacakt\u0131r. \u00c7al\u0131\u015fmada ileri s\u00fcr\u00fclen di\u011fer bir sav ise, uygulanan politikalar\u0131n, d\u00fcnya tar\u0131m ticareti a\u00e7\u0131s\u0131nda, geli\u015fmi\u015f ve azgeli\u015fmi\u015f \u00fclkeler aras\u0131ndaki ticari ili\u015fkileri e\u015fitsiz bir geli\u015fim s\u00fcrecine itti\u011fidir. Bunun nedeni, bu politikalar\u0131n genellikle geli\u015fmi\u015f \u00fclkelerin \u00e7\u0131karlar\u0131 do\u011frultusunda d\u00fczenlenmesidir. Bu s\u00fcre\u00e7te geli\u015fmi\u015f \u00fclkelerin d\u00fcnya tar\u0131m piyasalar\u0131ndaki hegemon g\u00fcc\u00fcn\u00fcn giderek artmas\u0131 azgeli\u015fmi\u015f \u00fclkelerin ticari \u00e7\u0131karlar\u0131n\u0131 olumsuz edilmektedir<\/span>. <\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n

Abstract<\/strong><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n

The main argument of the article; <\/span><\/span><\/span>protection policies <\/span><\/span><\/span>were applied in foreign trade during the various period of 17th century to 20th century such as high customs tariffs, export restrictions and non-tariff barriers, that still defended and <\/span><\/span><\/span>widely <\/span><\/span><\/span>applied in agricultural trade by developed countries.<\/span><\/span><\/span> <\/span><\/span><\/span>In this context, the study will be put forward in terms of causes and consequences, known as the neo-mercantilist policies in the process of liberalization of world trade after the second world war.<\/span><\/span><\/span> Another argument discussed in this study, po<\/span><\/span><\/span>licies that implemented in terms of world agricultural trade causes of unequal trade relations between developed and underdeveloped countries.<\/span><\/span><\/span> The reason is that<\/span><\/span><\/span>,<\/span><\/span><\/span> <\/span><\/span><\/span>these policies generally constitute for the interests of developed countries. Therefore, gradually increasing hegemonic power of the developed countries in the world agricultural markets, <\/span><\/span><\/span>affect negatively<\/span><\/span><\/span> commercial interests of underdeveloped countries<\/span><\/span><\/span>.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n
