Ara\u015ft\u0131rma Marmara B\u00f6lgesi\u2019nde faaliyet g\u00f6steren 121 ila\u00e7 i\u015fletmesinde uygulanm\u0131\u015f ve 560 ila\u00e7 m\u00fcmessilinin resmi ve resmi olmayan kontrol, kontrole ba\u011fl\u0131 y\u00f6nelim ve davran\u0131\u015f performans\u0131 alg\u0131lar\u0131 anket arac\u0131l\u0131\u011f\u0131yla belirlenmi\u015ftir. \u00c7al\u0131\u015fman\u0131n bulgular\u0131na g\u00f6re; s\u00fcre\u00e7 kontrol\u00fc, resmi olmayan kontroller, m\u00fcmessillerin k\u0131sa ve uzun vadeli y\u00f6nelimleri ve davran\u0131\u015f performanslar\u0131 \u00fczerinde do\u011frudan ve dolayl\u0131 pozitif etkilere sahiptir. Ancak \u00e7\u0131kt\u0131 kontrol\u00fc sosyal kontrol d\u0131\u015f\u0131ndaki de\u011fi\u015fkenleri etkilememektedir. Ayr\u0131ca, resmi olmayan kontroller, kontrole ba\u011fl\u0131 y\u00f6nelimler ve davran\u0131\u015f performans\u0131 ile resmi kontroller kadar ili\u015fkilidir. \u00d6zel<\/span>likle, ki\u015fisel kontrol davran\u0131\u015f performans\u0131 \u00fczerinde anlaml\u0131 do\u011frudan ve kontrole dayal\u0131 y\u00f6nelimler \u00fczerinden dolayl\u0131 etkilere sahiptir. Abstract<\/strong><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n

\n

This survey study aims to explore the relations among the formal and informal control, employees\u2019 orientations, and behavior performance. For this purpose, the research uses structured equation modeling to investigate the relationships of the variables. The research was carried out within 121 pharmaceutical companies operating in Marmara Region, and used a questionnaire to determine 560 medical sales representatives\u2019 perceptions. According to the research findings; process control has direct and indirect positive effects on informal controls, control-related orientation of representatives, and their behavior performance. However, output control doesn\u2019t affect directly any research variables except social control. In addition, informal controls are correlated to control-related orientations and behavior performance as formal controls. Particularly, self control has significant direct and indirect effect on behavior performance through control-related orientations. In this respect, the study provides contribution to understand the interaction between formal and informal controls and their effects on behavior performance<\/span>.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n
