Y\u00f6ntemsel olarak, \u00f6nce CRITIC ile kriter a\u011f\u0131rl\u0131klar\u0131 nesnel bi\u00e7imde hesaplanm\u0131\u015f, ard\u0131ndan EDAS ile havayollar\u0131n\u0131n y\u0131ll\u0131k performans puanlar\u0131 ve s\u0131ralamalar\u0131 elde edilmi\u015ftir. Veriler, \u015firketlerin s\u00fcrd\u00fcr\u00fclebilirlik\/entegre faaliyet raporlar\u0131 ile a\u00e7\u0131k eri\u015fimli kaynaklardan derlenmi\u015f ve firma d\u00fczeyinde y\u0131ll\u0131k g\u00f6stergeler esas al\u0131nm\u0131\u015ft\u0131r. IAG ekonomik ve sosyal alanlarda g\u00fc\u00e7l\u00fc bir toparlanma sergilerken, Lufthansa genel olarak dengeli fakat orta bantta konumlanm\u0131\u015ft\u0131r. \u00c7al\u0131\u015fma, Avrupa
