Rotasyon, firmalar\u0131n be\u015feri yap\u0131y\u0131, teknik s\u00fcre\u00e7ler ile uyumla\u015ft\u0131rma \u00e7abas\u0131n\u0131n ve kararl\u0131l\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131n bir sonucudur. T\u00fcrkiye\u2019de \u00e7o\u011funlukla yabanc\u0131 sermaye a\u011f\u0131rl\u0131kl\u0131 firmalar\u0131n ba\u015far\u0131 sa\u011flad\u0131\u011f\u0131 tekni\u011fin, <\/span><\/span><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial,sans-serif;\">\u00e7al\u0131\u015fan performans\u0131n\u0131 artt\u0131rma <\/span><\/span><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial,sans-serif;\">amac\u0131na hizmet etti\u011fini s\u00f6ylemek m\u00fcmk\u00fcnd\u00fcr. Bu amaca ula\u015fabilmenin ilk ko\u015fulu, i\u015f rotasyonu uygulamalar\u0131n\u0131n \u00f6ncelikle \u00e7al\u0131\u015fan <\/span><\/span><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial,sans-serif;\"><em>motivasyonunda <\/em><\/span><\/span><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial,sans-serif;\">beklenen etkiyi yaratmas\u0131n\u0131 temin etmektir. Bu a\u00e7\u0131dan rotasyon, monotonlu\u011fu azaltma, \u00e7al\u0131\u015fan\u0131 y\u00f6neticili\u011fe haz\u0131rlama, en y\u00fcksek verimi sa\u011flayacak i\u015fi-pozisyonu tespit etme, sosyal ileti\u015fimi artt\u0131rma, bilgi-beceri seviyesini y\u00fckseltme fonksiyonlar\u0131 arac\u0131l\u0131\u011f\u0131 ile s\u00f6zkonusu motivasyonel etkiyi sa\u011flayacakt\u0131r. Dolay\u0131s\u0131yla bu makale, \u201c<\/span><\/span><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial,sans-serif;\"><em>i\u015f rotasyonu uygulamalar\u0131, motivasyonu olumlu y\u00f6nde etkilemektedir.<\/em><\/span><\/span><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial,sans-serif;\">\u201d bi\u00e7imindeki yerle\u015fik kuramsal s\u00f6ylemi test etmeyi ama\u00e7lamaktad\u0131r. By adopting the human structure of the company with technical processes, job rotation is the consequence of effort and determination. In Turkey it can be said that it is companies with a majority of foreign capital who have successfully applied this technique with the aim of <\/span><\/span><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial,sans-serif;\"><em>improving workers performance<\/em><\/span><\/span><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial,sans-serif;\">. To reach this goal the first condition is to ensure that job rotation practices generate the expected effect on an employee\u2019s <\/span><\/span><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial,sans-serif;\"><em>motivation.<\/em><\/span><\/span><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial,sans-serif;\"> From this angle, decreasing monotony, preparing the employee for management, defining the most productive job\/position and increasing the level of knowledge and skills are the functions by which the said motivational effect will be achieved. Consequently this study aimed to test the established hypothesis expressed as \u2018<\/span><\/span><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial,sans-serif;\"><em>job rotation practices have a positive effect on motivation\u2019.<\/em><\/span><\/span><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial,sans-serif;\"> In this context, the research results verified that job rotation applications effect motivation<\/span><\/span><span style=\"font-family: Arial,sans-serif;\">.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n<tr>\n<td width=\"562\" valign=\"top\">\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;
