Bu \u00e7al\u0131\u015fma yurti\u00e7i yat\u0131r\u0131mlar ve tasarruflar aras\u0131ndaki ili\u015fkiyi sermaye hareketlili\u011fi \u00e7er\u00e7evesinde ele alan Feldstein-Horioka hipotezinin 1980-2020 d\u00f6neminde T\u00fcrkiye i\u00e7in ge\u00e7erli olup olmad\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 ara\u015ft\u0131rmaktad\u0131r. De\u011fi\u015fkenlerin dura\u011fanl\u0131k seviyelerinin ortaya \u00e7\u0131kar\u0131lmas\u0131nda KPSS testine dayal\u0131 Fourier KPSS dura\u011fanl\u0131k testine ba\u015fvurulmu\u015ftur. Yurti\u00e7i yat\u0131r\u0131m ve tasarruf de\u011fi\u015fkenleri aras\u0131ndaki e\u015fb\u00fct\u00fcnle\u015fme ili\u015fkisi hem e\u015fb\u00fct\u00fcnle\u015fme ili\u015fkisinde yap\u0131sal de\u011fi\u015fime izin veren Fourier e\u015fb\u00fct\u00fcnle\u015fme hem de Shin e\u015fb\u00fct\u00fcnle\u015fme testi arac\u0131l\u0131\u011f\u0131yla ortaya \u00e7\u0131kar\u0131lm\u0131\u015ft\u0131r. \u00c7al\u0131\u015fmada kurulan modelin katsay\u0131s\u0131n\u0131n tahmin edilmesinde Dinamik S\u0131radan En K\u00fc\u00e7\u00fck Kareler y\u00f6ntemi kullan\u0131lm\u0131\u015ft\u0131r. Elde edilen sonu\u00e7lar yap\u0131sal de\u011fi\u015fime izin verildi\u011finde tasarruflar ve yat\u0131r\u0131mlar aras\u0131nda uzun d\u00f6nemli bir ili\u015fkinin oldu\u011funu g\u00f6stermektedir. \u00c7al\u0131\u015fmada; ba\u011f\u0131ms\u0131z de\u011fi\u015fken olarak ele al\u0131nan tasarruf katsay\u0131s\u0131n\u0131n s\u0131f\u0131ra yak\u0131n ve sermaye hareketlili\u011finin y\u00fcksek oldu\u011fu belirlenirken, T\u00fcrkiye\u2019de yurti\u00e7i tasarruflar\u0131n yat\u0131r\u0131mlar\u0131 kar\u015f\u0131lamada yetersiz kald\u0131\u011f\u0131 ortaya konmaktad\u0131r. Sonu\u00e7 olarak T\u00fcrkiye i\u00e7in Feldstein-Horioka hipotezinin ge\u00e7erli olmad\u0131\u011f\u0131 belirlenmi\u015ftir. T\u00fcrkiye yurti\u00e7i yat\u0131r\u0131mlar\u0131 kar\u015f\u0131lamada tasarruf yetersizli\u011fi ile kar\u015f\u0131 kar\u015f\u0131ya kald\u0131\u011f\u0131ndan, yabanc\u0131 sermayenin \u00fclkeye giri\u015fini te\u015fvik edici politikalar\u0131n geli\u015ftirilmesi, \u00fclkede daha fazla yat\u0131r\u0131m yap\u0131labilmesine olanak sa\u011flayarak daha h\u0131zl\u0131 b\u00fcy\u00fcmesine de katk\u0131 sa\u011flayacakt\u0131r.<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n
