Bu ara\u015ft\u0131rmada, psikolojik g\u00fc\u00e7lendirme alg\u0131s\u0131n\u0131n \u00f6rg\u00fctsel \u00f6zde\u015fle\u015fme \u00fczerindeki etkisi ve bu etkide kariyer memnuniyetinin arac\u0131 role sahip olup olmad\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131n belirlenmesi ama\u00e7lanm\u0131\u015ft\u0131r. Bu amac\u0131n ger\u00e7ekle\u015ftirilmesine y\u00f6nelik bir model geli\u015ftirilmi\u015f ve modelin test edilebilmesi i\u00e7in Konya ilinde hukuk b\u00fcrolar\u0131nda \u00e7al\u0131\u015fan 262 avukattan anket tekni\u011fi ile veriler toplanm\u0131\u015ft\u0131r. Elde edilen veriler, betimsel istatistikler, do\u011frulay\u0131c\u0131 fakt\u00f6r analizi, korelasyon analizi ve yap\u0131sal e\u015fitlik modeli ile de\u011ferlendirilmi\u015ftir. Korelasyon analizi sonucunda psikolojik g\u00fc\u00e7lendirme alg\u0131s\u0131, \u00f6rg\u00fctsel \u00f6zde\u015fle\u015fme ve kariyer memnuniyeti de\u011fi\u015fkenleri aras\u0131nda pozitif y\u00f6nl\u00fc ve anlaml\u0131 d\u00fczeyde ili\u015fki tespit edilmi\u015ftir. Hipotezlerin test edilmesine y\u00f6nelik olu\u015fturulan yap\u0131sal e\u015fitlik modelinde, psikolojik g\u00fc\u00e7lendirme alg\u0131s\u0131n\u0131n hem \u00f6rg\u00fctsel \u00f6zde\u015fle\u015fme hem de kariyer memnuniyeti \u00fczerine etkisinin pozitif y\u00f6nde ve anlaml\u0131 oldu\u011fu belirlenmi\u015ftir. Ayr\u0131ca kariyer memnuniyetinin \u00f6rg\u00fctsel \u00f6zde\u015fle\u015fmeyi olumlu y\u00f6nde etkiledi\u011fi sonucuna ula\u015f\u0131lm\u0131\u015ft\u0131r. Son olarak ise psikolojik g\u00fc\u00e7lendirme alg\u0131s\u0131n\u0131n, \u00f6rg\u00fctsel \u00f6zde\u015fle\u015fme \u00fczerine etkisinde kariyer memnuniyetinin k\u0131smi arac\u0131 rol\u00fcn\u00fcn oldu\u011fu tespit edilmi\u015ftir.<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n
