Deneyimsel pazarlama, yo\u011fun rekabet ortam\u0131nda farkl\u0131la\u015fma yolu olarak \u00f6n plana \u00e7\u0131kmaktad\u0131r. Bu \u00e7al\u0131\u015fma, deneyimsel pazarlaman\u0131n m\u00fc\u015fteri sadakati ve m\u00fc\u015fteri memnuniyeti ile ili\u015fkisini ak\u0131ll\u0131 telefon sekt\u00f6r\u00fcnde incelemeyi ama\u00e7lamaktad\u0131r. Bu do\u011frultuda ak\u0131ll\u0131 telefon sekt\u00f6r\u00fcnde deneyimsel pazarlama boyutlar\u0131n\u0131n m\u00fc\u015fteri sadakatiyle ve m\u00fc\u015fteri memnuniyeti ile ili\u015fkisini test etmeye y\u00f6nelik hipotezler geli\u015ftirilmi\u015ftir. Ak\u0131ll\u0131 telefon kullan\u0131c\u0131lar\u0131ndan anket tekni\u011fi kullan\u0131larak toplanan veriler yap\u0131sal e\u015fitlik y\u00f6ntemi ile analiz edilmi\u015ftir. Ara\u015ft\u0131rma bulgular\u0131, ak\u0131ll\u0131 telefon sekt\u00f6r\u00fcnde deneyimsel pazarlaman\u0131n t\u00fcm boyutlar\u0131n\u0131n m\u00fc\u015fteri memnuniyeti ve m\u00fc\u015fteri sadakatiyle anlaml\u0131 ve pozitif ili\u015fkili oldu\u011funu g\u00f6stermektedir. Bununla birlikte m\u00fc\u015fteri memnuniyetinin, deneyimsel pazarlama boyutlar\u0131yla m\u00fc\u015fteri sadakati aras\u0131ndaki ili\u015fkide k\u0131smi arac\u0131 rol\u00fc bulunmaktad\u0131r. Bu ara\u015ft\u0131rma, duyusal deneyimin ak\u0131ll\u0131 telefon sekt\u00f6r\u00fcnde m\u00fc\u015fteri memnuniyeti ve m\u00fc\u015fteri sadakati olu\u015fturmada en g\u00fc\u00e7l\u00fc deneyimsel pazarlama boyutu oldu\u011funu ortaya koymaktad\u0131r. \u00c7al\u0131\u015fma ak\u0131ll\u0131 telefon sekt\u00f6r\u00fcnde deneyimsel pazarlaman\u0131n m\u00fc\u015fteri memnuniyeti ve m\u00fc\u015fteri sadakati olu\u015fturmaktaki \u00f6nemini g\u00f6stermektedir.<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n
