Bu \u00e7al\u0131\u015fman\u0131n amac\u0131 \u00f6rg\u00fctsel etik iklim, \u00e7al\u0131\u015fan seslili\u011fi ve psikolojik g\u00fcvenlik aras\u0131ndaki ili\u015fkileri ele almakt\u0131r. \u00c7al\u0131\u015fmada \u00f6rg\u00fctsel etik iklimin psikolojik g\u00fcvenlik arac\u0131l\u0131\u011f\u0131yla \u00e7al\u0131\u015fan seslili\u011fi \u00fczerindeki etkisi incelenmi\u015ftir. \u00c7al\u0131\u015fman\u0131n teorik k\u0131sm\u0131nda s\u0131ras\u0131yla \u00f6rg\u00fctsel etik iklim, \u00e7al\u0131\u015fan seslili\u011fi ve psikolojik g\u00fcvenlik kavramlar\u0131 a\u00e7\u0131klanm\u0131\u015ft\u0131r. Hipotezlerin testi i\u00e7in Siirt ilinde g\u00f6rev yapan 409 sa\u011fl\u0131k \u00e7al\u0131\u015fan\u0131ndan anket tekni\u011fi arac\u0131l\u0131\u011f\u0131yla veri toplanm\u0131\u015ft\u0131r. Veriler SPSS program\u0131yla analize tabi tutulmu\u015f ve fakt\u00f6r, korelasyon ve regresyon analizleri ger\u00e7ekle\u015ftirilmi\u015ftir. Ger\u00e7ekle\u015ftirilen analizlerde \u00e7al\u0131\u015fan seslili\u011fi de\u011fi\u015fkeni, te\u015fvik edici ve yasaklay\u0131c\u0131 seslilik olmak \u00fczere iki boyutta ele al\u0131nm\u0131\u015ft\u0131r. Ara\u015ft\u0131rma bulgular\u0131na g\u00f6re \u00f6rg\u00fctsel etik iklimin, \u00e7al\u0131\u015fan seslili\u011fi davran\u0131\u015f\u0131n\u0131 ve \u00e7al\u0131\u015fanlar\u0131n psikolojik g\u00fcvenlik alg\u0131s\u0131n\u0131 olumlu y\u00f6nde etkiledi\u011fi g\u00f6r\u00fclm\u00fc\u015ft\u00fcr. Ayr\u0131ca analizler sonucunda \u00f6rg\u00fctsel etik iklimin \u00e7al\u0131\u015fan seslili\u011fi \u00fczerindeki etkisinde psikolojik g\u00fcvenlik de\u011fi\u015fkeninin k\u0131smi arac\u0131l\u0131k rol\u00fc \u00fcstlendi\u011fi bulgusuna ula\u015f\u0131lm\u0131\u015ft\u0131r.<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n
