Bu \u00e7al\u0131\u015fman\u0131n temel amac\u0131, teknostresin \u00f6rg\u00fctlerdeki presenteizm ve i\u015ften ayr\u0131lma niyetine etkisinde d\u00f6n\u00fc\u015f\u00fcmc\u00fc liderli\u011fin arac\u0131 rol\u00fcn\u00fc tespit etmektir. Ara\u015ft\u0131rma kapsam\u0131nda veri toplama ara\u00e7lar\u0131 olarak anket formlar\u0131 kullan\u0131lm\u0131\u015ft\u0131r. Alan ara\u015ft\u0131rmas\u0131 i\u00e7in Malatya ili se\u00e7ilmi\u015f ve bu ilde g\u00f6rev yapan T\u00fcrkiye Cumhuriyeti Devlet Demiryollar\u0131 (TCDD) \u00e7al\u0131\u015fanlar\u0131na anket formlar\u0131 da\u011f\u0131t\u0131lm\u0131\u015ft\u0131r. Uygulama a\u015famas\u0131nda verilere \u00f6ncelikle g\u00fcvenilirlik, normallik ve fakt\u00f6r analizleri yap\u0131lm\u0131\u015f ard\u0131ndan ise yap\u0131sal e\u015fitlik modeli kurulmu\u015ftur. Ara\u015ft\u0131rma sonucunda teknostresin tekno – a\u015f\u0131r\u0131 y\u00fck, tekno – karma\u015f\u0131kl\u0131k ve tekno – i\u015f g\u00fcvencesizli\u011fi boyutlar\u0131 i\u00e7in presenteizm davran\u0131\u015f\u0131n\u0131 etkiledi\u011fi; teknostresin tekno – karma\u015f\u0131kl\u0131k, tekno – i\u015f g\u00fcvencesizli\u011fi ve tekno – belirsizlik boyutlar\u0131 i\u00e7in d\u00f6n\u00fc\u015f\u00fcmc\u00fc liderlik alg\u0131s\u0131n\u0131 etkiledi\u011fi; d\u00f6n\u00fc\u015f\u00fcmc\u00fc liderli\u011fin presentezim davran\u0131\u015f\u0131n\u0131 ve i\u015ften ayr\u0131lma niyetini etkiledi\u011fi ve d\u00f6n\u00fc\u015f\u00fcmc\u00fc liderli\u011fin teknostres ile presenteizm aras\u0131ndaki ili\u015fkide arac\u0131 rol oynad\u0131\u011f\u0131 bulunmu\u015ftur. Elde edilen sonu\u00e7lar\u0131n \u00f6rg\u00fctlerde s\u0131kl\u0131kla g\u00f6r\u00fclen teknostresin etkilerini azaltmaya ve presenteizm ile i\u015ften ayr\u0131lma niyetlerinin \u00f6rg\u00fctlerde yay\u0131lmas\u0131n\u0131n \u00f6n\u00fcne ge\u00e7meye katk\u0131 sa\u011flayaca\u011f\u0131 d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcn\u00fclmektedir.<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n
