Bu \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmada da T\u00fcrkiye&#8217;de konut fiyatlar\u0131nda balon olu\u015fup olu\u015fmad\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131n tespit edilmesi ama\u00e7lanm\u0131\u015ft\u0131r. Bu ba\u011flamda Ocak 2010 ile Aral\u0131k 2018 tarihleri aras\u0131nda ve T\u00fcrkiye geneli ile Ankara, \u0130stanbul ve \u0130zmir \u015fehirleri i\u00e7in ayl\u0131k reel hedonik konut fiyat endeksi kullan\u0131larak, konut fiyatlar\u0131nda balon olu\u015fup olu\u015fmad\u0131\u011f\u0131 Sup-Augmented Dickey Fuller ve Generalized Sup-Augmented Dickey Fuller testleriyle incelenmi\u015ftir. Her iki test sonucuna g\u00f6re T\u00fcrkiye geneli ile \u0130stanbul ve \u0130zmir \u015fehirlerinde konut fiyatlar\u0131nda balonlar\u0131n var oldu\u011fu tespit edilmi\u015ftir. Ankara \u015fehrinde ise Sup-Augmented Dickey Fuller test sonucuna g\u00f6re konut fiyatlar\u0131nda balonunun olu\u015ftu\u011fu ancak Generalized Sup-Augmented Dickey Fuller test sonucuna g\u00f6re
