Kalite, rekabet avantaj\u0131 elde etmek i\u00e7in gerekli temel fakt\u00f6rlerden biridir. Alt\u0131 sigma yakla\u015f\u0131m\u0131 kaliteyi iyile\u015ftirmek amac\u0131yla son y\u0131llarda kullan\u0131m\u0131 giderek artan bir i\u015fletme stratejisidir. Bir \u00fcretim firmas\u0131 taraf\u0131ndan geli\u015ftirilmesine ve bir\u00e7ok \u00fcretim i\u015fletmesinde ba\u015far\u0131yla uygulanmas\u0131na kar\u015f\u0131n, hizmet hizmetleri maliyetleri d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcrmek, hizmet kalitesini iyile\u015ftirmek, m\u00fc\u015fteri memnuniyetini ve karl\u0131l\u0131\u011f\u0131 art\u0131rmak i\u00e7in alt\u0131 sigmay\u0131 kullanmaya ba\u015flam\u0131\u015flard\u0131r. Quality is a one of the critical factors for achieving competitive advantage. Six sigma approach <\/span>is a business strategy which usage <\/span><\/span>has increased gradually in last years for quality improvement initiative. Although six sigma established by a manufacturing firm and it has been successfully implemented in many manufacturing firms, service firms have began to use six sigma for <\/span>reducing cost,<\/span><\/span><\/span> enhanced quality of service, increasing customer satisfaction and profitability. In this paper, six sigma was examined <\/span>in terms of finance sector <\/span><\/span>and <\/span>applications of six sigma within the finance sector <\/span><\/span><\/span>were evaluated.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n
