Ara\u015ft\u0131rma, \u00f6rg\u00fctsel stres alg\u0131s\u0131n\u0131n ve stres fakt\u00f6rlerinin cinsiyet temelinde farkl\u0131l\u0131k g\u00f6sterip g\u00f6stermedi\u011fini ortaya koymay\u0131 ama\u00e7lamaktad\u0131r. Bu ama\u00e7la, literat\u00fcrde talep-kontrol-destek modeli olarak ifade edilen yap\u0131 esas al\u0131nm\u0131\u015f, modelde yer alan \u00fc\u00e7 alt boyuta (i\u015f y\u00fck\u00fc, karar verme ve sosyal destek) ili\u015fkin veriler toplanm\u0131\u015f ve bu \u00e7er\u00e7evede analizler y\u00fcr\u00fct\u00fclm\u00fc\u015ft\u00fcr. Veriler, y\u00fcz y\u00fcze anket y\u00f6ntemiyle toplanm\u0131\u015ft\u0131r. \u00c7al\u0131\u015fma, 2467 \u00e7al\u0131\u015fan \u00fczerinde ba\u015flat\u0131lm\u0131\u015f, 1922 ki\u015fiden geri d\u00f6n\u00fc\u015f sa\u011flanm\u0131\u015ft\u0131r. Ara\u015ft\u0131rmada \u00f6ne \u00e7\u0131kan ilk temel bulgu, \u00e7al\u0131\u015fanlar\u0131n \u00f6nemli bir k\u0131sm\u0131n\u0131n \u201cy\u00fcksek i\u015f stresi\u201d b\u00f6lgesinde faaliyetlerini y\u00fcr\u00fct\u00fcyor olmalar\u0131d\u0131r. Di\u011fer taraftan, i\u015f y\u00fck\u00fc ve karar verme alt boyutlar\u0131 itibariyle kad\u0131n ve erkek \u00e7al\u0131\u015fanlar aras\u0131nda alg\u0131 farkl\u0131l\u0131klar\u0131n\u0131n oldu\u011fu tespit edilmi\u015ftir. Buna kar\u015f\u0131n, sosyal destek boyutunda cinsiyet y\u00f6n\u00fcyle herhangi bir anlaml\u0131 farkl\u0131l\u0131\u011fa rastlanmam\u0131\u015ft\u0131r. Stres kaynaklar\u0131 a\u00e7\u0131s\u0131ndan, \u00fccret ve sosyal haklar, y\u00f6netici tutum ve davran\u0131\u015flar\u0131 ile fiziksel \u00e7al\u0131\u015fma ko\u015fullar\u0131ndaki olumsuzluklar\u0131n, hem erkek hem de kad\u0131n \u00e7al\u0131\u015fanlarda en belirgin stres fakt\u00f6rleri oldu\u011fu bulgusuna ula\u015f\u0131lm\u0131\u015ft\u0131r. \u00d6zellikle, kad\u0131n \u00e7al\u0131\u015fanlar\u0131n, erkek \u00e7al\u0131\u015fanlara g\u00f6re fiziksel \u00e7al\u0131\u015fma ko\u015fullar\u0131ndaki olumsuzluklardan, i\u015f y\u00fck\u00fc dengesizliklerinden, i\u015f sa\u011fl\u0131\u011f\u0131 ve g\u00fcvenli\u011fi tedbirlerindeki eksikliklerden, \u00e7al\u0131\u015fma molalar\u0131ndaki uygulamalardan ve y\u0131ll\u0131k izin kullan\u0131m\u0131ndaki olumsuzluklardan daha fazla negatif y\u00f6nde etkilendi\u011fi sonucuna var\u0131lm\u0131\u015ft\u0131r.<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n
