Bireysel emeklilik sistemi, bireylerin emeklilik d\u00f6nemlerinde ek bir kazan\u00e7 elde etmelerini sa\u011flayarak bireylerin emeklilik d\u00f6nemlerini refah i\u00e7inde ge\u00e7irmelerine destek olmaktad\u0131r. Bireysel emeklilik sistemi uyguland\u0131\u011f\u0131 \u00fclkelerde, hem sosyal g\u00fcvenlik sisteminin tamamlay\u0131c\u0131s\u0131 olarak hem de uzun vadeli yat\u0131r\u0131m fonlar\u0131 olarak ekonomiye katk\u0131 sa\u011flamaktad\u0131r. Sistemde toplanan fonlar ise emeklilik bran\u015f\u0131nda faaliyet g\u00f6stermek \u00fczere \u00f6zel portf\u00f6y y\u00f6netim \u015firketleri taraf\u0131ndan y\u00f6netilmektedir. Bu \u00e7al\u0131\u015fman\u0131n amac\u0131 ise \u00fclkemizde faaliyet g\u00f6steren bireysel emeklilik \u015firketlerinin performans\u0131n\u0131 \u00c7ok Kriterli Karar Verme y\u00f6ntemlerinden ARAS ve COPRAS y\u00f6ntemleri ile kar\u015f\u0131la\u015ft\u0131rmal\u0131 olarak de\u011ferlendirmesini yapmakt\u0131r. Bireysel emeklilik \u015firketlerinin performans analizi i\u00e7in kriterler belirlenmi\u015ftir ve kriterlerin a\u011f\u0131rl\u0131klar\u0131 entropi y\u00f6ntemi ile hesaplanarak \u00e7\u00f6z\u00fcme d\u00e2hil edilmi\u015ftir. Analiz sonucunda bireysel emeklilik \u015firketlerinin performans s\u0131ralamas\u0131 yap\u0131lm\u0131\u015ft\u0131r ve sonu\u00e7 olarak her iki y\u00f6ntemde s\u0131ralama ayn\u0131 olarak bulunmu\u015ftur.<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n
