Bu \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmada, \u00f6rg\u00fctsel itibar ile \u00f6rg\u00fctsel \u00f6zde\u015fle\u015fme aras\u0131ndaki ili\u015fkide benlik sayg\u0131s\u0131 ve sosyal rol kimli\u011finin (kozmopolit\/yerel kimlik) d\u00fczenleyici rol\u00fcn\u00fcn ortaya koyulmas\u0131 ama\u00e7lanm\u0131\u015ft\u0131r. Ara\u015ft\u0131rma modelini test etmek i\u00e7in anket y\u00f6ntemi kullan\u0131larak \u00f6zel ve kamu sekt\u00f6r\u00fcnde \u00e7al\u0131\u015fan 419 ki\u015fiden veri toplanm\u0131\u015ft\u0131r. Yap\u0131sal e\u015fitlik modellemesi ve hiyerar\u015fik regresyon analizi kurularak ara\u015ft\u0131rma modeli test edilmi\u015ftir. Yap\u0131lan analizler neticesinde; \u00f6rg\u00fctsel itibar ile \u00f6rg\u00fctsel \u00f6zde\u015fle\u015fme aras\u0131nda anlaml\u0131 ve pozitif y\u00f6nde bir ili\u015fki oldu\u011fu tespit edilmi\u015ftir. Daha sonra, bu ili\u015fkide benlik sayg\u0131s\u0131n\u0131n d\u00fczenleyici etkisine bak\u0131lm\u0131\u015f ve y\u00fcksek benlik sayg\u0131s\u0131n\u0131n bu ili\u015fkide d\u00fczenleyici bir etkisi bulunurken, orta d\u00fczey benlik sayg\u0131s\u0131n\u0131n bu ili\u015fkide anlaml\u0131 bir etkisi bulunamam\u0131\u015ft\u0131r. Son olarak, \u00f6rg\u00fctsel itibar ile \u00f6rg\u00fctsel \u00f6zde\u015fle\u015fme aras\u0131ndaki ili\u015fkide sosyal rol kimli\u011finin d\u00fczenleyici rol\u00fc ele al\u0131nm\u0131\u015ft\u0131r. Elde edilen sonu\u00e7lar g\u00f6stermektedir ki, \u00f6rg\u00fctsel itibar ile \u00f6rg\u00fctsel \u00f6zde\u015fle\u015fme aras\u0131ndaki ili\u015fkide kozmopolit kimli\u011fin d\u00fczenleyici bir rol\u00fc bulunmaktad\u0131r ancak bu ili\u015fkide yerel kimli\u011fin d\u00fczenleyici bir etkisi bulunmamaktad\u0131r.<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n
