2015 y\u0131l\u0131n\u0131n sonunda T\u00fcrkiye ile Rusya Federasyonu aras\u0131nda ya\u015fanan kriz bir\u00e7ok sekt\u00f6rde oldu\u011fu gibi turizm sekt\u00f6r\u00fcnde de \u00f6nemli olumsuz etkilere sebep olmu\u015ftur. K\u00fclt\u00fcr ve Turizm Bakanl\u0131\u011f\u0131\u2019n\u0131n verilerine g\u00f6re, Ocak-Aral\u0131k 2016 aras\u0131nda Rusya Federasyonu\u2019ndan T\u00fcrkiye\u2019ye gelen toplam ziyaret\u00e7i say\u0131s\u0131n\u0131n bir \u00f6nceki y\u0131la g\u00f6re % 76.26 azald\u0131\u011f\u0131 g\u00f6r\u00fclmektedir. Krizle m\u00fccadele etmek zorunda olan konaklama i\u015fletmeleri birtak\u0131m tasarruf stratejileri geli\u015ftirerek sekt\u00f6rde kalma gayreti i\u00e7ine girmi\u015flerdir. Bu \u00e7al\u0131\u015fman\u0131n amac\u0131, kriz kar\u015f\u0131s\u0131nda be\u015f y\u0131ld\u0131zl\u0131 oel i\u015fletmelerinin tasarruf stratejilerinin bulan\u0131k DEMATEL y\u00f6ntemi ile incelenmesidir. \u00c7al\u0131\u015fmada \u00f6ncelikle be\u015f y\u0131ld\u0131zl\u0131 otel i\u015fletmelerinin krizler kar\u015f\u0131s\u0131nda uygulad\u0131klar\u0131 tasarruf stratejileri, ilgili literat\u00fcrden ve Antalya\u2019da faaliyet g\u00f6steren be\u015f y\u0131ld\u0131zl\u0131 otel i\u015fletmesi genel m\u00fcd\u00fcrleriyle yap\u0131lan y\u00fcz y\u00fcze g\u00f6r\u00fc\u015fmeler neticesinde tespit edilmi\u015ftir. Daha sonra bu tasarruf stratejilerinin birbirleriyle olan ili\u015fkisi \u00e7ok kriterli karar verme tekniklerinden biri olan bulan\u0131k DEMATEL y\u00f6nteminin kullan\u0131m\u0131yla de\u011ferlendirilmi\u015ftir. Belirlenen yedi tasarruf stratejisinden \u201cT\u00fcm departmanlarda personel say\u0131s\u0131n\u0131 azaltmak\u201d stratejisinin uygulanan di\u011fer stratejilerden en \u00e7ok etkilenen strateji oldu\u011fu g\u00f6r\u00fclm\u00fc\u015ft\u00fcr.<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n
