M\u00fc\u015fteri ya\u015fam boyu de\u011feri, uzun s\u00fcredir bir\u00e7ok akademisyenin ve pazarlama y\u00f6neticisinin \u00fczerinde durdu\u011fu bir kavramd\u0131r. M\u00fc\u015fteri ya\u015fam boyu de\u011ferinin temel amac\u0131, i\u015fletme i\u00e7in m\u00fc\u015fterilerin \u00f6nem derecelerini belirlemektir. \u0130\u015fletme hangi m\u00fc\u015fterisi i\u00e7in ne kadar yat\u0131r\u0131m yapmal\u0131, hangi m\u00fc\u015fterisi i\u00e7in ne t\u00fcr bir pazarlama stratejisini tercih etmeli ve hangi kampanyalar\u0131 d\u00fczenlemeli gibi sorular\u0131n cevab\u0131 m\u00fc\u015fterilerin ya\u015fam boyu de\u011ferlerinin hesaplanmas\u0131yla belirlenebilmektedir. M\u00fc\u015fteri ya\u015fam boyu de\u011feri hesaplanmas\u0131 i\u00e7in bir\u00e7ok akademisyen \u00e7e\u015fitli modeller \u00f6ne s\u00fcrm\u00fc\u015flerdir. Fakat hangi tip modellerin daha \u00fcst\u00fcn sonu\u00e7lar verdi\u011fine dair ilgili alan yaz\u0131nda bir sonu\u00e7 bulunmamaktad\u0131r. Bu makalenin amac\u0131, baz\u0131 modelleri inceleyerek, yap\u0131lan hesaplamalar sonucunda, ayn\u0131 veri taban\u0131 ve de\u011fi\u015fkenlerin kullan\u0131m\u0131yla se\u00e7ilen sekt\u00f6re uygun g\u00f6r\u00fclen m\u00fc\u015fteriler aras\u0131nda bir b\u00f6l\u00fcmleme yapmakt\u0131r.<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n
