Based on the findings obtained; the most important criteria in the event of job search is \u201cemployment in a workplace with a good wage policy\u201d. The other factors which are effective in the students\u2019 choice of employment respectively are \u201cemployment offering career opportunities\u201d, \u201demployment in a workplace with a good working environment\u201d, employment in a workplace with a job security\u201d, \u201cemployment in a workplace with flexible working hours\u201d, \u201cemployment in a workplace with close relationships with foreign countries\u201d and \u201cemployment in a workplace with up-to-date tools and equipments\u201d. According to statistical analysis applied in this study, it is determined that the order of significance of the factors which are effective in the students\u2019 choice of employment changes in terms
