Geli\u015fmekte olan \u00fclkeler AR-GE harcamas\u0131 yapmak yerine daha \u00e7ok ya do\u011frudan teknoloji transfer ederek veya teknoloji i\u00e7eri\u011fine sahip mallar\u0131 ithal ederek dolayl\u0131 yoldan teknolojiye sahip olmaktad\u0131rlar. Yap\u0131lan bu \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmada T\u00fcrkiye \u00f6rne\u011fi \u00fczerinde d\u0131\u015f ticaret ve ekonomik b\u00fcy\u00fcme ili\u015fkisi, d\u0131\u015f ticaret ile sa\u011flanan bilgi transferleri y\u00f6n\u00fcnden incelenmi\u015ftir. \u00c7al\u0131\u015fmada T\u00fcrkiye\u2019nin 1989-2009 y\u0131llar\u0131n\u0131 kapsayan veri seti ile Johansen E\u015fb\u00fct\u00fcnle\u015fme Testi ve VAR y\u00f6ntemleri kullan\u0131larak d\u0131\u015f ticaret yoluyla ger\u00e7ekle\u015fen bilgi transferlerinin ekonomik b\u00fcy\u00fcmeye etkisinin y\u00f6n\u00fc ve boyutlar\u0131 tespit edilmi\u015ftir. Yap\u0131lan tahmin sonu\u00e7lar\u0131 incelenen d\u00f6nemde T\u00fcrkiye\u2019nin ekonomik b\u00fcy\u00fcmesinde, sermaye mallar\u0131 ithalat\u0131 ve ara mallar\u0131 ithalat\u0131 ile sa\u011flanan bilgi transferinin \u00f6nemli bir etkisinin olmad\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 g\u00f6stermektedir. De\u011fi\u015fkenlerin etkisi kar\u015f\u0131la\u015ft\u0131r\u0131ld\u0131\u011f\u0131nda ise daha d\u00fc\u015f\u00fck seviyede bilgiyi bar\u0131nd\u0131ran ara mal\u0131 ithalat\u0131n\u0131n daha y\u00fcksek bilgi i\u00e7eren sermaye mal\u0131 ithalat\u0131na g\u00f6re ekonomik b\u00fcy\u00fcme \u00fczerinde daha fazla etkisinin oldu\u011fu sonucuna ula\u015f\u0131lm\u0131\u015ft\u0131r. Bu sonu\u00e7 T\u00fcrkiye\u2019nin daha fazla sermaye mallar\u0131 ithal etmesi ve bu mallardaki ileri teknolojiyi \u00f6z\u00fcmseyecek be\u015feri sermayeye sahip olmas\u0131 gerekti\u011fini ima etmektedir.<\/span><\/p>\n<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n
