Different parts of the world gain these reforms for their economic well-beings, social and political structures, to solve their socio-economic problems and to promote economic activities in countries all around the world. In this respect, globalization is captured by capital flows, foreign investment, transnational enterprises, migration, and increasing mobility of labor including women. Because women are the largest growing part and they are getting a very high share from the economic globalization that necessitate skilled and educated labor. So women increase either their space in organizations or open enterprises for themselves. In this paper, it is showed clearly that globalization has both negative and positive impacts on women in Turkey, but it has more affirmative effect to find jobs they deserve in global market. D\u00fcnyan\u0131n farkl\u0131 alanlar\u0131 ekonomik refah\u0131, sosyal ve politik yap\u0131lar\u0131, sosyo-ekonomik problemleri \u00e7\u00f6zmeyi ve \u00fclkelerde ki ekonomik aktiviteleri ilerletmek i\u00e7in d\u00fcnyan\u0131n hemen hemen her yerinde bu reformlar sa\u011flanmaya \u00e7al\u0131\u015f\u0131lmaktad\u0131r. Bu a\u00e7\u0131dan, k\u00fcreselle\u015fme sermaye ak\u0131\u015fkanl\u0131\u011f\u0131ndan, yabanc\u0131 sermayeden, ulusal s\u0131n\u0131rlar i\u00e7indeki giri\u015fimcilik, g\u00f6\u00e7 ve kad\u0131nlar\u0131 da i\u00e7eren artan emek hareketlili\u011finden etkilenmektedir. Kad\u0131nlar en \u00e7ok geli\u015fen taraf oldu\u011fundan dolay\u0131 yetenekli ve e\u011fitimli emek gerektiren ekonomik k\u00fcreselle\u015fmeden y\u00fcksek oranda pay almaktad\u0131rlar. B\u00f6ylece kad\u0131nlar hem organizasyonlarda ki yerlerini artt\u0131rmakta hem de kendileri i\u00e7in i\u015fletme a\u00e7abilmektedir. Bu makalede k\u00fcreselle\u015fmenin T\u00fcrkiye\u2019de ki kad\u0131nlar \u00fczerinde olu\u015fturdu\u011fu negatif ve pozitif etkileri a\u00e7\u0131k\u00e7a belirtilmektedir, fakat k\u00fcresel pazarda hak ettikleri i\u015fleri bulmalar\u0131 a\u00e7\u0131s\u0131ndan olumlu etkileri daha a\u011f\u0131r basmaktad\u0131r.
